Worst customer service ever. I was trying to set up a reception after a funeral and was looking for information. I was told to go look at their website for information. Great impression to put on a grieving family. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
We went here for my Birthday this year. Dinner was really good. I had the asiago stuffed gnocchi. The service was good and prices are reasonable for the quality. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Had my daughters baby shower the food cooked by Tony Palmieri) was excellent 2 servers were excellent we had 3 bottles of wine cost $12-15 a bottle) that we served ourselves John Palmieri tries to charge me $200 what a rip off he is I refused to pay that) any way the moral of story is DO NOT Do Business with John Palmieri he WILL rip you off trust Tony
Our waitress was excellent and the food was delicious. The chicken parm was wonderful and a large serving and the chicken romano! We arrived just as they opened. Great dinner. The bathroom was super tight.
Our experience was quite unusual. We arrived as a party of seven with a reservation at 6:30 and didn’t leave until 9:30, with one person never receiving their meal. We continually inquired about it, but they kept assuring us it was on its way. The owner was present the entire time but didn’t address the situation—just kept smiling. After three hours, we finally told them to forget about the meal. They explained that they were unexpectedly busy, but that’s hard to accept when we had made a reservation. We weren’t unexpected guests. Overall, we encountered poor customer service along with mediocre food.
