However, I was very displeased to find that both gravies had already spilled all over the bag. The KFC Plover WI menu looks great, but this experience was disappointing.

My delivery order was incorrect, and despite providing a claim number and requesting contact to resolve the issue, I have yet to hear back. The customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your money on their menu.

Additionally, there is no curbside service; the mobile order parking directs you to come inside to pick up your food.

The skin was missing in several spots, and rather than gett... read more The two pieces of chicken in the 2-piece box looked like they had come from the bottom of the fryer. The skin was missing in several spots, and rather than getting a proper variety, I received a thigh and a piece that could only be described as a wing attached to another thigh, with a significant amount of meat missing. Having spent most of my career in fast food, I know that if I had assembled this order, I would have chosen two better pieces upon seeing how unappetizing it was. We ended up driving back to the restaurant for a replacement, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. I appreciate the three complimentary cookies—thank you, Billy—but they don’t compensate for the fact that I couldn’t enjoy my 3-piece box (which looked delicious) and had to spend 15 minutes just to fix the issue. I sincerely hope the general manager and district manager take note of this and address the problem.

However,... read more I am very disappointed with my experience. I specifically ordered an extra crispy 4-piece chicken meal and made my request clear by repeating it twice. However, when I got home, my husband noticed that it was the original recipe and drenched in grease. To make matters worse, the biscuit was quite small. This will be our last visit to this KFC.
