Sockeye salmon wasn't fresh at all. Melted and tasteful old.
My only complaint was that the experience was too fast! We were in and out with app, drinks and dinner in one hour; would like to have felt less. The staff was great
Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in Wisconsin, and possibly the entire country. I had an amazing dining experience here! The service was outstanding. We opted for family-style sampling of most of the menu, and everything was delicious! The burger was excellent, and the chocolate dessert was perfect! While the bone marrow wasn't prepared the way I usually prefer, it was still quite tasty. If we're in the area, we will definitely stop by again.
We started to come here once for an after-dinner cocktail (all from scratch, takes time for perfection). Dinner, for a change, and now we have several reasons to visit. Local fare and well displayed and prepared. We love this rose in a desert. It is hard to find such a top government in this area of the state.
The food was excellent and the service was great. We sampled the pumpkin and pear bite soup, but it wasn't to our taste. Everything else was outstanding! The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, and the scallops were incredible! We will definitely be back.
Nestled in a charming, slightly dim ambiance that complements its innovative menu, this restaurant stands out for exceptional, well-seasoned dishes crafted with daily changing offerings. Patrons praise the perfectly cooked entrees like ribeye steak, salmon, and scallops, alongside unique, handcrafted cocktails. Service is consistently outstanding, with friendly, attentive staff enhancing the experience. Though some guests found the pace brisk, the quality and presentation of food—ranging from shareable appetizers to decadent desserts—make it a memorable destination. Reasonably priced and ideal for both casual nights out and special occasions, it’s a culinary gem worth a visit in Wisconsin.

The sockeye salmon was definitely not fresh; it had an unpleasant odor and tasted stale.
My only complaint is that the experience felt a bit rushed! We finished our appetizers, drinks, and dinner in under an hour. I would have preferred a more leisurely pace. However, the staff was fantastic!
