Despi... read more I've experienced early closures at this Arby's location multiple times. Tonight, I got there at 7:20 PM, though their website said they were open until 9. Despite cars being in the drive-thru, the menu and many lights were off. I saw two other cars pull in and leave, just as confused as I was. When I insisted and approached the dark menu board, I had to ask for the lights to be turned on just to see the options. After I drove away, they turned the lights off again even with another car behind me. It's really frustrating. If they’re not willing to put in the effort, maybe they shouldn’t be open. This visit left me disappointed, and I probably won’t come back here. The staff also seemed rushed and unfriendly at the window.

She casually said there was a spill and that she was tryin... read more I slipped on spilled soda right behind an employee, who turned around but didn’t acknowledge my fall. She casually said there was a spill and that she was trying to clean it up but had to attend to the napkin bin first. Where else do wet floors get ignored like this? There wasn’t even a wet floor sign to warn customers. Absolutely poor hospitality.
