§ Meat this Sunday with my father's plomion huteau. we took the à la carte formula in the services: the main dessert cocktail sorbet house of small ovens to sta... read more § Meat this Sunday with my father's plomion huteau. we took the à la carte formula in the services: the main dessert cocktail sorbet house of small ovens to start. rosé champagne pelletier (excellent) for the meal of Saint-Jacques walnuts to the walnut (for my father) eggs poached with foie gras (for me.) simply exceptional ris de veau fagot lardé de bericots verts cépages (from happiness in the bavaroise plate to the pralin (for my father) ; gourmet plate (bee for me coffee mignardises. hours of happiness. perfect service, millimeered, attentive with some notes of humor. the pleasure of exchanging with the chef at the end of the meal. a dog time but the sun was in the plate the service. we would like this restaurant to be one of our best addresses to stay open forever, but the owners who enjoyed thousands of guests will have deserved their rest. Thanks again for Sunday. We'll be back.
