We didn 't make a reservation, but it wasn 't a probl... read more We went there because of the obvious positive reviews and wanted to try it out. We were very disappointed! We didn 't make a reservation, but it wasn 't a problem as there were plenty of seats available so we could choose where we wanted to sit. Parking was rather difficult, there is a small parking lot nearby for about 6 cars and since someone was just leaving, we had to get a parking space... otherwise we would have had to park further away. But ok... that wouldn 't be the only problem .... The rooms are very dark and therefore rather uncomfortable. Reading the card is not optimal. The map on the internet was not up to date there is a DIN A4 page as a so called summer map All burgers are not that available, let alone the other dishes! You have to put together your own burger. You have to choose from several ingredients without a piece of paper or pen. A piece of paper or a pen would have been a real help. Well, we typed it into our cell phone and read it out later. Apparently the only choice of side dishes is fries and they cost extra. But these were good. You can 't order a small burger as an adult! Then it is pointed out that you can take the rest with you. The question on the grounds that you can 't make a big burger is not addressed. There is no type of menu burger fries coleslaw. The prices are therefore quite expensive. After about 20 minutes our food arrived. It definitely wasn 't a burger patty, more like a hard meatball that couldn 't be cut. My husband 's burger was cold. When I asked if it was also available hot, I was promptly offered a new burger. We thought that was nice. So we accepted the offer. After another 20 minutes I was asked whether it should be the same burger?! Yes, of course it should be the same structure. We asked if they hadn 't started preparing yet. No, they hadn 't. And that even though the shop was almost empty (on a weekend/evening). We felt uncomfortable and because we didn 't want to wait again, we canceled the whole thing! ! ! And the bill demands . This was a handwritten note because the cash register was broken. So 1 hamburger, 1 coke and 2 beers for 35 € We didn 't have to pay for the failed burger. This should have cost around €20. We can 't say anything about the cleanliness of toilets since we weren 't there. We don 't know the outside area either. There were 2 conditions there, the older one being very friendly. Conclusion, unfortunately not recommended... We definitely imagined something different and wouldn 't go there again. Only when we got there did we see that in summer you can only sit in the beer garden. There is also only one summer card. Here you can put together your own burgers. Basically ok if there were also ready-made suggestions/alternatives. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There are no appetizers, dips, desserts, etc. on it. Basically, the summer menu doesn't even have half the selection as the normal menu on the notice board or on the website. It would be an idea to mention on the website, Facebook, etc. that there is a slimmed down summer menu and that you have to sit outside even in bad weather and cool temperatures in summer. I can't rate the food because we didn't eat there.

' 'Employees are not paid ' ' !!! and then, after repeated requests for payment, have to endure insults. Just the lowest level. Already deleted several times.
