First of all, the maitre d’hotel and passionate chef are so welcoming and kind and have their typical sense of humour which is much appreciated. They make you feel at home right away and have a passion to serve and explain about their changing menu. The food is simply to die for. Amazing flavours and eloquent combinations. The price for the weekend menu is simply absurd for us as Belgians, especially given the copious amounts. We can not recommend this place enough and hope you make a detour to visit this place which is well worth it. As seating is limited, definitely call to reserve a spot. If only we could stay here longer! P.S. : the Gentse Waterzooi is definitely a lovely choice but please eat it with potatoes and not frites to fully appreciate. ;
