I eat at subway all over south Texas and the one that is the worst one it the one in the town that I live in Pleasanton. I always order a steak and cheese foot long with just the meat and cheese heated up and I was told they will not do that which is bull, I guess when you have lazy management and a new person working and the manager is busy trying to screw an employee is guess that is priority over customer. I ordered online. I picked up my order around 2:30pm today. I walked into the restaurant and noticed the female caucasian cashier eating a cookie. She didn't greet me at all, and went to hide in the back to finish eating her cookie. After she disappeared, her co-worker, a male hispanic cashier, went to the front and just stared at me, and didn't even bother talking to me. It appeared that his mouth was full of food, too, which I'm thinking was also a cookie. I asked him where my online order was, and instead of using his precious breath to speak to me, he just pointed at the online order pickup section. I know this is fast food, and I don't expect the best service, but the customer service here was pathetic. Then, I get home and my sandwich was drenched with way too much ranch dressing. Then, the sugar in my sweet tea was still grainy. Needless to say, but I will NEVER be returning to this Subway location. The food sucked and the service was even worse. Also, I'm sure Subway wouldn't be too happy about their own employees eating their product for free.
Past 2 times I’ve ordered for delivery I’ve been missing my chips and my drinks! When I contact the store they say to go through the app when I use the app it’s no help. Can’t even get my money back for items I didn’t receive!!
Ordered in the app and both my sandwiches were wrong, one was missing bell peppers and bananas peppers, which fine who cares it happens, but the second sandwich was a completely different sandwich from what I ordered, I ordered roast beef and they gave me turkey and bacon!? Not even close!
When I walked in, there was a line of about 5 people and one girl working. Which is ok, I don’t mind waiting. Another girl came in at 4 and the first girl left immediately without helping her at all. She had to run back and forth to refill toppings we wanted, clean knives, etc. Serena was the girl that came in at 4 and honestly she’s the reason I didn’t rate one star. She did the best she could and stayed pleasant. All the sodas had no syrup, no lids for my drink, only like 3 or 4 options for chips. The girl that left at 4 could’ve really helped her co worker and the customers if she had just stayed 5-10 mins longer
