Mcdonald's - Pleasanton

I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal my bread was hard and the large fry was only half full. Why do I pay for a large fry but only get a medium. It was the same thing with the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Why is this okay?

My fries were cold and tasted stale, burger tasted dry. Disappointed!!!!!

Everything was included, and the quality was reasonable. The Big Mac was generously topped with sauce, but overall it wasn't bad!

The bottom burger bun was hard, as if it were stale. The burger itself wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese.

This is the second time they forgot to include the basket of fries in my order. It's quite inconvenient for me since I ordered through DoorDash and don't have a car, so I can't just drive over to resolve the issue.
