Was on my way home from Nashville for a doc visit ordered on the app, but when I got there 2 pick it up, it had went to a Sonic on the other side of Nashville for some reason! They were very helpful in helping me cancel that order! I had wanted a Peanut Butter Milkshake once everything was settled I headed Home with one! What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Good food if they actually get the order right. Nothing like the order of 40 dollars worth of food for the family and only half of it. Didn't notice until I came home because I had screamed children in the car. Of course, it is not worth 45 minutes drive there and back to repair it. Therefore, fast food is a MINIMUM wage labor. Didn't get my order right wasn't willing to take my food back and keep warm or remake while they corrected my order but it's one of the few fast food places around Joelton Tn
Got the number 14 which is a breakfast burrito with sausage. It had 1 piece of sausage in it the size of a quarter. The burrito also had a miniscule amount of eggs. I feel SCAMMED.
Ewww. Nasty food. Didn't stop in a while because they're all closed where I live. That says enough. We have the chicken strips, zets and Gravy Dipping sauce?
The pleasant view tn location has went way down. I?m so sorry but the girls are super rude, you wait sometimes 15 mins just for someone to pick up after pushing the button. The popcorn chicken is never even covered in the sauce that is asked for.
Ordered 2 kids whacky pacs. Everyone around me got their food and I?m still waiting. I finally pushed the button again and asked when the food would be out. She said in a minute. She said the order must have gotten lost in the system (right). The fries were cold, so the food had just sat there because they were waiting on their friends. All the teenagers around me got their food. I don?t know why fast food restaurants cannot have adult supervision when teenagers are working. And if there was adult supervision, they need to be replaced.
