Sonic Drive-in - Pleasant Hill

I feel like something is always wrong with my stuff. This last visit I got a large shake and paid a good bit for it and it was literally all melted and the cherry that was supposed to be on top was put on and for some reason taken off before it got to me? I tried calling up at the store and no one answered. I tried again and still nothing. I would drive a little further to some other Sonic because this one just isn't it for me

Place seems to be a hit and miss on service, seems as every other time we go there is some sort of issue.

Back in 2022 I worked here and the food was like normal but recently things have been either burned or not done and the slushes are mostly ice compared to other sonics I have gone to recently they need to figure out how to make the food right again.
