I am so disappointed in this HyVee. We are Altoona residents and shop at both Pleasant Hill and Altoona HyVee’s. I was at the Altoona store this AM attempting to fill an Amoxicillin prescription for my sick son. They were all out but showed it in stock at your location. She called your store to see if you could pull it and fill it and we’d be on our way over there. She was instead told you were not willing to fill it as you were keeping it for your own pediatric patients. Guess what? We are a pediatric patient but not anymore. Terribly disappointed in this type of response and so was the Altoona pharmacy staff — they had never heard of such a thing.

Since flu season is here an covid cases rising I would like to see sanitizer or wipes at the door for the carts. the pleasant hill hyvee has ignored several request by me to put something at the door to clean the carts. IGNORED!!!

How awful of a pharmacy you have. we call from urgent care with a sick baby who needs an anti biotic right away per our provider. we call your store well there was no family friendly service or helpful smile in every isle we explained our situation and asked if they could stay just a few minutes for us to get from urgent care to them to get it and they refused to help us and said we 'd have to wait 12 hours to get it. how awful your store won 't help a sick baby. I 'll be spreading the word and telling everyone.
