Haya Ramen - Pleasant Hill

The service was decent, the food was mediocre with a shortage of meat, and the broth was lacking. Although the service was good, it was also slow. Overall, the experience was not very special or high-quality.

The Ramen was terrible. I ordered the karagge chicken appetizer, which came with a side of plain mayonnaise that was awful. The gyoza had a freezer burn taste and made me feel nauseous. In addition, the restaurant was expensive.

The staff at this restaurant are clearly working hard despite being understaffed. I would rate the food as 3.5 out of 5, with the broth, noodles, and meat all being consistent in quality. However, there is room for improvement in all aspects. I hope this place can make some improvements, as it is conveniently located near my home. There are other ramen restaurants nearby that excel in all areas. Despite this, the service at this restaurant was good, and I am hopeful for their success.

The ramen seasoning is great! I really like how have have the soy sauce and chilli flakes on the side of you want to add spice/seasoning. The only thing I'd complain about is the amount of noodles. It would be nice to have more veggies as I felt like there was only a little cabbage and half a seaweed strip. Noddles are thin, so if that's what you like in your ramen you'll be happy.

Nice Ramen place located in downtown pleasant hill. We ordered Chicken Karage, Veg Spring rolls and veg ramen. Service was good. food was good too.
