I ordered a create-your-own sundae with one additional topping, but instead of the chocolate-dipped waffle bowl I requested, I received a regular one. It’s not a huge issue, but I didn’t get exactly what I ordered. On the bright side, the delivery was super quick, and the ice cream wasn't melted, which was great! View all feedback.

The line was about 60 degrees long at 8:30, but the staff maintained a sense of urgency while staying friendly! I ordered the strawberry blonde with bananas... @kid594
Great ice cream and friendly staff! Mary stood out as particularly helpful and dedicated, always ensuring that visiting for ice cream is a pleasurable experience.
The ice cream was fantastic! However, I really wish I could have had a dipped cone to enhance the experience.
