Terrible name, great pizzas and cheese plate from a talented North Italian cook! Reservation required! They have a small market selling Italian specialties like Smolina Mehl. They also ordered a black truffle for me from Italy for a birthday present!

I had to laugh because someone said to me, I never heard of someone who went to pinkrito for pasta. I'm so glad we made it. eating was delicious, service was very attentive and the drinks were great. I will definitely return to pinkrito for pasta at this place.

We live in California and this is better than any restaurant nearby. Magnificent service, food and ambience. We will be back!!!!

Some of the best pizza I've ever had! Perfect crust, sauce and ingredients! Take it from me... I lived in Italy when I was a boy who knew good authentic Italian cuisine and my Italian grandparents! The service was 5 stars as I waited for the pizza that was plagued with the cook/owner. Nice wine shop and Deli. Next time I drive a few days so that I can excite myself:
