Palm Oasis - Playa del singles

I would like to say thank you to everybody at Palm Oasis. My girlfriend and I wanted to leave the bad weather in the Netherlands and booked a last minute for three days. Not only were the rooms exceptionally clean, the swimming pools incredibly big and well maintained, the breakfast and dinner (which were included for a very affordable price) abundantly tasty, with a rich choice of healthy foods and snacks, BUT also the staff has done an amazing job of making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What a lovely group of people. And I want to give a special THANK YOU to Alvaro. What a lovely gentleman with such a warm smile, always happy to go the extra mile to offer the best service. Example: my girlfriend dropped her knife by accident and within 5 seconds Alvaro was there with a clean knife. And always with that big smile of his. Whoever is his boss: promote him, give him a pay raise. This man deserves it.

Fabulous hotel. Beautiful surroundings. Spotless. Location is out of the way but only €5 for a taxi down to the light house. Some nice restaurants and cafes across the road and there is a supermarket at the hotel which is ideal. Plus a Spar 5 mins walk. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment. But the shops and restaurants down at the front were amazing! Plus Holiday World theme park at the bottom of the hill is brilliant for the whole family. It has rides, games, sports bar and a whole floor of delicious street food. You won't be disappointed if you have booked this hotel for your holiday.

Okay-ish rooms, little bit outdated, and in 2023 they dont refill the shower gel ?!!! We asked for more and we were told you only get a mini bottle on the first day, then they do not replace it. : good that at least they give enough toilet paper …

We have been coming her for 20 years. It's like our second home. We love it. It is so relaxing and unpretentious. Lovely swimming pool and great view.

This hotel is fantastic! We had a large appartment with terrasse, patch of grass and a fantastic view over the whole area streaching beneth us all the way to the dunes and the ocean. There was no AC in the room, but well working windows that could be fully opened, including the terrasse doors in the living room area and the bedroom, to create a nice breeze. We had just a few steps to one of the pools and between the 2 large pool areas there was a nice pool bar serving a variety of meals, snacks, ice cream and drinks. The area surrounding the pools are nicely planned, cozy lit, with a vast variety of different plants and palm trees. The area felt very safe since it was (as far as I could see) a fence all around the area, and a guard patrolling it several times during the night while we sat outside playing cards. There was a laundry room (free to use with 3 or 4 washing machines and 2 dryers, be prepared to wait for a free one though) and a gaming room (air hockey, foosball and ping pong tables) in the basement of the hotel. We ate dinner from the buffét all week, it had alot of options to choose from including salads, bread and desserts, my husband said the meat was fantastic and well prepared every day. Just a few steps from the main enterance, around the corner were a supermarket where you could buy food, water, drinks, toys etc at a good price. We had rented a car (from Herz, I can really recommend them) for the week and parked it in the garage under the hotel at a cost of €2 a day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and were very quick to take action when we repported any issues. We really enjoyed our stay and are allready planning on booking Palm Oasis again.
