What User doesn't like about Tropical Restaurante:
very disappointed. the meals were very subdued. steak and garnel were very over cooked in the tacos, it felt as if it was again heated meat dried over the day. no special combinations of ingredients. really lack of taste. probably the most sad tacos I had. the same for the fajitas. we also ordered the fried cheese dish, again very subduing. really just a gimmicky restaurant. very shocked at the positive reviews. One of the things I like about Mexico is dining outside and when you can add people watching to your dinner, only the more better. This restaurant is centrally located on 5th Ave. Service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The menu has many Mexican options. Chips and salsa are served while you are waiting on your meal. View all feedback.
