I never get tired of tacos al pastor. I was hungry and it was early evening. Had planned to go to my favorite Don Sirloin location across the street, but decided something different. At El Fagon, the meat looked like it was over an hour from being ready, so I yielded to the 'barker' across the street at Los Tarascos. Good choice.
