The burgers are SO GOOD- fresh off the bbq and served on a tasty bun! You can build your own by adding the toppings of your choice. Awesome portobello burger for vegetarians! The papas gajos or wedge fries are just pathetic- a disappointingly small amount...and often soggy. I just love these burgers at las de Carbon. Cooked over charcoal just like I would do at home. Very reasonable price as well.
