Il Pescatore - Playa del Carmen

We loved the food at Il Pescatore. The service was excellent too. The atmosphere was relaxing. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Antonio was one of the best server we had on this 7 night trip and the food quality was above average too.

I was expecting a reasonable selection of seafood which was not the case. A reservation was required whereas all the other restaurants at the Royal this was not the case.

Great place to go! Food was delicious and the waiters were amazing. Eric and Gilberto took very good care of us and our kids. A must go.

The menu looked interesting and we decided to try it. we had an outside table and it was very hot indeed, but the food was a huge disappointment.as the menu is limited and the kitchen is on view we thought that the food would be good, but this was not to be. The carpaccio consisted of 2 tiny thin slices of processed beef, not the hand chopped fresh beef toped with parmesan, the fish main course was tasteless , the service was inattentive.best to avoid, gthe food in albatros is far better.
