An excellent experience, I liked the concept and restaurant, the dishes to taste excellent, the exceptional service

Há was one of the most memorable nights of my life. Fine dining has reached its peak with this restaurant. The food is so uniquely crafted and the taste is unforgettable. The service is immeasurable, we were given individual attention, every dish was thoroughly explained along with the wine pairing, and the chef was able to modify my dishes for allergyintolerances. Our server Josue was very attentive and even got to know us on a personal level along with sharing details about himself, the restaurant and of course the chef Carlos Gaytán’s background and informed of us his restaurant in Chicago as well. We were even gifted a copy of the menu we had for the night. Thank you Há

Food presentation was fabulous. The cuisine was sub par at best. Wine pairings were marginal. Staff was lovely

Was really disappointed in the lack of knowledge on wine and food pairing. Felt like the wines didn’t complement the food at all fruity, bubbly sparkling wine to pair with a Smokey, earthy, charcoal, deer tartar didn’t start the meal off right. Wish the staff could have shared the “why” behind the reason they were paired so we could get more out of the experience, but all they could share was this is the food and the wine that goes with it. Felt like the restaurant relied too much on the star rating and that it’s guests will be impressed by that, but food being an experience, I was really hoping for more of a guide to tell us what we were eating. The food was good, but wouldn’t say it was degrees better than other restaurants on the property. I guess I had higher expectations for a star Michelin restaurant. I was really looking for the foodie experience and a good story to go with it, but just felt like we were served at a regular restaurant
