Had the most amazing time (as we do every time) ! The service has always been above and beyond as we feel like we are treated like royalty from the minute we get there until we leave. Samuel (our server was quick to respond to our every needs, and if he was not available , his assistant was right there behind him. The experience we had could be compared to any 5 star resort we have been to in the US !!! View all feedback. What LUVWINE doesn't like about Cinco - Thompson Playa del Carmen:
The pool area was nice however the pool was very cold. Drink service did not come around had to flag the person down. We swam up to the bar to get a drink and the bartender took for ever to serve us. This place was great last year has differently gone down hill. View all feedback.

El lugar tiene una vista increíble, la comida es muy rica y los meseros son muy atentos. Por temporada alta sólo manejaban paquetes.
