Food was good, but not excellent. Atmosphere was pretty good, but for some reason, they were playing elevator type music. we were in the Baja two years ago and I visited Mexico about 15 times. This is the first time where I see a restaurant posting prices that did not include taxes. On top of that, on all of our visits to Mexico in the past tips were always included.
