A surprise in plau am see, where so far really good, modern and at the same time international cuisine was not at home. the alcohol-free cocktail of watermelon, strawberries and other fruits was a refreshing and enjoyable welcome. even more enthusiastic about the main dishes: no matter what the favourite dishes are: South German narrow dishes, such as ochsenbäckchen, Asian suppenare, such as Tom-Kha-Gai, are just as good to have as a fish dish from the east coast or tapas from Spain, which were offered very pleasant with delicate snacks from many other kitchens. in short: at zeislers it tastes not like at nuts, but as at the profi. a discovery about which we were very satisfied.
