although we don't get what we ordered, eating was good spicy chicken was a bit greasy, crispy chicken was good, fries were only warm, not crispy like other kfc in omaha. View all feedback.
Wow! Just look at all the delicious ingredients in this Spicy Chicken Bowl! Even the woman who greeted us had a smile on her face. What a fantastic day!
The staff here are consistently friendly and extremely helpful, always ready to resolve any issues you might encounter during your visit. Honestly, it's one of the best fast food places I've ever been to.
KFC and Taco Bell operate in the same industry. Unfortunately, their quality is not as high as it could be, and there have been some mistakes. However, the staff on duty remain calm and honest, and in my opinion, they do their best. I will continue to return to this establishment and look forward to seeing improvements.
