Uno Chicago Grill Plattsburgh

A huge cry to Miguel and our beautiful waitress Kirsten! There was a deep dish filled potato appetizer I was curious if could be made with gluten-free crust and asked our waitress and she said she would check on her. Miguel comes by and explains how he could try, but was not sure how it would come out of the gf chest, but was willing to try it, and if I didn't like it, he wouldn't charge me. Well, I didn't just decide because I wanted her not to go through the trouble and went with Gf Pizza. 10 minutes later Kirsten passes and says Surprise it's on the house! She says Miguel wanted to do it and you tried it! All I can say is that what goes up and beyond as a team for your customers! Amazing job guys!!! Thanks for both of you! And the loaded mash on Gf chest was a big hit! It was delicious!

Great lunch. I had berries salad with chicken and wife had meatballs and pasta. It's delicious. In addition, I had a fireball sangria. Mmm mmm mmm. But above all, our server Chrissy was brilliant over the top!

We have gathered an event with 75 of our awesome friends in the big back room! We were treated incredibly well! We ordered snacks for friends and each person could order from the menu what their heart wanted. Bryan came to see us on our arrival and added some hummus without a fee to our snack selections!!!! We did not eat all the snacks I had ordered, so imagine my surprise when Bryan refused to take money for 2 completely untouched vegetable dishes!!! This is unheard in the restaurant business! Needless to say, our group had an excellent experience. Bryan was incredibly helpful! Shawn, Karissa and all servers were friendly, welcoming and extremely polite!!! We need Uno to put a supplement to gather more of our friends as we have left your room! I would highly recommend that people come together at Uno! Thanks Bryan and Team Uno for us a nice meeting room and impeccable service

We had a great dinner tonight. Our waitress, Emily, was kind and friendly. The food was delicious. There was a good selection of healthy food. The facility was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was friendly and happy. I recommend this restaurant.

We had a party of nine for a graduation party and it was perfect. The staff was accommodating and our waitress was great. The food and drinks were out fast and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back soon.
