Texas Roadhouse - Plattsburgh

We really enjoyed our eating, especially the road kill because they can't find something comparable locally, but the place is too loud. we went with friends from the state and literally had to scream over the table only vice versa. I order the delivery from now on and will not recommend to anyone to say goodbye.

I have very rarely such a good service. Everything was perfect. I believe Maddy was the name of the waitress. She was amazing. The manager went around the restaurant and asked clients and made sure everything was fine. Just thank you. ?

Waited two hours for food that wasn't edible . My wife's food was burnt on the outside undercooked on the inside . If she would have ate her food it would have made her sick because it was so undercooked . My food was undercooked and looked old . Loaded fries were black and disgusting like I got someone's two day old leftovers out of the fridge and threw it in the microwave . The servers and managers are absolutely wonderful ! They were so nice to us but honestly it isn't safe to eat the food there dispite how nice the staff Is . Staff is nice and friendly but food is not safe

Wife and I just used curbside pickup for the first time . Excellent customer service , food was ready as was requested and tasted amazing . These folks definitely have got it right. Kudos to your entire staff- great job.
