Mcdonald's - Plattsburgh

Gave me a small fry, when It was supposed to be a large. After waiting in the spot 1 for 15 minutes for 2 combos and a bacon mcdouble. Staff was nice. Just not very efficient. Also the design of the drive through allows @ss holes to cut the line from the second entrance.

My order was fine but the employees behavior was crazy. One girl in the drive thru was in a tirade about a coworker, laced with expiative.

Very disappointed today with ordering breakfast, we always order the same thing, not only did they get our order wrong but when we told the woman at the pickup window she was very rude. We told her obviously our changes incorrect, and she literally snapped at us, and said just drive to the next window and I'll make up the difference for you. She was very unpleasant, not something you want to deal with first thing in the morning that's for sure

Ordered double cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything was made with flattened bottom rolls. It was like eating a hamburger on squished sliced bread. Only got a yeah, we know they could have said something when we were ordering.

1 out of 10 times they are polite. Just spoke on the phone with an extremely rude woman who was very disrespectful and dismissive. If you don’t want my business so be it, your loss not mine.
