I had a mediocre experience at this restaurant during the holiday season. I was charged $2.00 more than expected and the staff was unable to provide an explanation or resolve the issue. It was clear that the employees lacked the necessary training to adequately answer questions. My overall impression was that the staff seemed unprepared and unhelpful.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and efficient! They always offer fresh decaf coffee and a wonderful variety of munchkins that I love. My top choice is the Butternut munchkins.
The service could have been quicker. It would be helpful if they re-opened the app for takeout orders to reduce wait times for customers wearing running gear.

I dislike using the drive-through, so I always park and go inside. The service is very polite and courteous, and I find it faster than waiting in the drive-through line.
