I had a mediocre experience at this restaurant during the holiday season. I was charged $2.00 more than expected and the staff was unable to provide an explanation or resolve the issue. It was clear that the employees lacked the necessary training to adequately answer questions. My overall impression was that the staff seemed unprepared and unhelpful. View all feedback.
Service could have been faster. Well, if they would open the app again to go intos that would reduce some waiting time in the drive by
I dislike using the drive-through, so I always park and go inside. The service is very polite and courteous, and I find it faster than waiting in the drive-through line.

The worker at the restaurant was extremely rude and started yelling at me when I asked about an overcharge, which was actually their mistake.
Refresher too sweet and coffee absolutely disgusting. Munchkins were good.
