James Kennedy's Family - Plattsburg

I had chicken tenders and they were not disappointing! They tasted great and I enjoyed going with my Dad, son and sister!

40 minutes. still waiting for food. only customer here. just moved to Plattsburgh. not good service, got food it was awesome so we did go back 4 more times. food was ok 2nd time, then went downhill after that it was awful too much salt. complained about itand they would not even remake or do anything about it. I don't recommend this place. will not go back

The first time I ate from this establishment I ordered a special to take out. After arriving home to eat I discovered the meal had more salt than an ordinary salt shaker has. When I called to complain I was asked to please come back and give them anotherchance. So today I felt like trying again. I walked I'm and sat down at the counter noticing the A//C wasn't working. I thoughtno big deal. I'll get something cold to drink and I'll be fine. 15 minutes later I decided to leave since not a soul evennoticed I walked in. After leaving a comment on their social media I was accused twice of lying. First accusation was that the15 minutes was an exaggeration. The second was that I wasn't even there at all. Eventually my comment was deleted by staff.This isn't good service or good management

Kenney's has the best tenderloin sandwich ever. Thick, crunchy moist on the inside. Will definitely go back. Waitress Alivia was real pleasure also. Very courteous kind and always had a smile on her face. Willing to talk to the customers. Enjoyedtalking with her.

Food and service is great, very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back and highly recommend it!
