The bar manager, Brandon, requested to see my ID, so I presented my New Mexico ID. Without hesitation, he took a look at it and tossed it into the garbage, claiming it was fake. Fortunately, I also had my passport on hand. Brandon's behavior was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. View all feedback.
Always friendly service. Just worry is the inconvenience of drinks between bartenders. If I always have drinks from Blake, he's the best bartender.

Was always a good night out when you stopped by Boondocks! While this isn't where I spent most of my time downtown it was fun regardless!
Not a bad place to go if you like redneck decor. Drinks are usually pretty good.

It was great to return after so many years and be able to enjoy and remember the bar as it was during my 20s. But this special night the bartender was very inconspicuous. Maybe because I'm old and married, but I went over more than a few times for other beverage orders. It was not excessively busy or hectic, maybe 20 in the bar at the time. Still fun.
