She truly deserves a manager role given her professionalism, skills, and mindset. Although I just met her for the first time today, I’m already a fan! Thank you again for the wonderful customer service. This Wingstop is hands down the best in Broward!

When I contacted customer service, I was told it wasn't their pr... read more I placed an order through the app but never received my food, even though I was charged for it. When I contacted customer service, I was told it wasn't their problem because they had closed for the night. I had left instructions on my phone asking them to call if they couldn't locate me, but there was no apology or assistance offered. If I wanted my wings, I would have to sort it out myself. Seriously?! I won't be coming back!

I placed an online order at 11:30pm, beyond the 12am closing time. I get to the restaurant expecting to pick my food upand the employees look dumbfounded like they have seen a ghost. They haven?t received my order ?because the online system wasdown?. Cool, it?s about 11:40pm at this point. The manager tells me that it will take over an hour to ?turn the machines backon? and that she will give me a refund. I asked her if she could make them, and she did not even make an effort to do anythingabout it and just said that she?d give me a refund. Mind you there is still 15 minutes left till closing. While I?m in therestaurant a gentle man comes in at 11:45 and she turns him away and says ?we?re closed?. 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING time.Seriously?
