Starbucks - Plantation

We ordered two venti drinks, a pink drink and a vanilla bean, and both were only filled halfway. Additionally, we requested extra whipped cream on the vanilla bean but received none. To the staff who worked on 5/20/22, please don’t shortchange customers like this again. You can do better. #shame

I've never been to a nicer coffee shop. My daughters are also loyal customers at two different locations than the one I frequent. I've been a regular at my favorite spot for the last 5-6 years, and the staff, both old and new, are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. I've noticed that once they recognize regular customers like me, they remember our names and always greet us with a smile. Even customers who don’t visit often are welcomed with the same warmth! ☕

This was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. My mom and I ordered drinks, but they tasted terrible. Hers was diluted like water, and mine was way too sweet. We had to wait over 30 minutes for them, too.

I can't go wrong with dieucks, especially on this place. Great coffee with a friendly service. Nice and clean. I really enjoy it. thanks young for a good job.

Very clean and bright a comfortable place to work and visit. Staff is very friendly.
