I say that it's a hard working group of people going on here. it must have been 10 mobile orders before me, and countless after that. it is the work before the time to order, or you will wait as I did for 10 to 12 minutes. besides the strange line of waiting people who have ordered in the load, it is a pleasant place. clean and friendly. and I never had a bad order or experience. be simply not in a hurry or order bef... What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The commercials are far more appealing than the actual food. It feels like everything was just thrown together; the flavors are lacking and the sauces are overly salty. It's disappointing, especially since the ingredients should be fresh. The overall taste is similar to that of any generic restaurant. Additionally, the bathrooms were quite dirty, with sticky and slippery floors and walls. View all feedback.

My partner and I went to dine at this restaurant, and we were greeted by a lovely young man at the register. However, when we started asking about the menu items, he seemed unable to provide any answers. He did assist another customer, which was nice, but it left us waiting. We ordered a salad, and when my partner requested dressing, the girl behind the counter had no idea what that was. This was quite frustrating. It seems clear that staff training needs improvement for them to have a better understanding of the food they serve. While we visited this restaurant, we do not plan on returning. Panera Bread, please consider providing your staff with proper training.

Disability: in front of the door there is a curb with a practical parking on the road.
I think we can all agree that Panera Bread is quite expensive, but I have decided that I will never spend my money there again. I ordered two group-size soups and two pecan braids. They informed me that they were out of the braids and suggested I could have cookies instead, which I accepted without issue, thinking it would be fine. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that instead of the four pieces of bread that should have accompanied each soup, I only received two. I tried to call them multiple times but couldn't get through. Additionally, the two cookies I received were not worth the price of the two pecan braids I had originally ordered. I left feeling completely disappointed. What a waste of $51. Never again.
I have ordered the poppyseed salad many times, but not at this PB. Really disappointed at the quality of the lettuce. Very few lettuce leafs. Mostly hard stems and they are brown from being old. This place is very nice, but I won’t come here again. The PB on University in Coral Springs is a very busy restaurant, but their lettuce quality is very good.
