I ordered the chicken plate with rice, beans, and plantains. The chicken was tender with a crispy skin, and the three slices of plantains were soft and sweet. The rice and black beans complemented the dish perfectly. There were three different sauces available at the stands—a red, a green, and a white—and all of them were bursting with flavor!
