Ihop - Plantation

This place was okay. the service was a little slow. the burger was good, but the pommes came out cold. the restaurant seemed a little dirty. not sure I'm coming back. if someone likes my honest reviews, please like my contribution and follow my Google account -danke

While I was outside trying to figure out how to cancel or get a refund for my order, a young woman came out and closed the door behind her. After a brief exchange, I asked if there was a private issue preventing them from being open, without mentioning the door sign. She responded that they actually close at 11 PM. This was confusing because the app and the sign both indicated midnight, while Google listed their hours as 10 PM. I only ordered at 9 PM, after all. It seems there’s quite a discrepancy in their posted hours.

For the older man and younger girl to sit tonight, great work to be rude and shows no interest in her job or ordering right. I ordered myself wrong for a togo I didn't. who does not give utensili, serviettes, ketchup for ff, or the right sauces or correct food when it says clearly. who scrubs his shoulders in the air, the older man) when they say that the job is wrong. why should they give me the food 10 meters away from where I stand, young girl) and I have tipped you! and I am server/bartender! No one wants to work or just make her job more. you literally looked disgusting that someone talked to you and expected a service for which I paid and which you paid and tipped.

No one goes after dinner. they would, however, expect to finish their coffee before they clean the table.

The nicest I hop I've been in awhile and I have eaten in many in the cities. Waitress was great! Very clean! I will drive out my wat to eat breakfast at that location.
