The need to work faster and more efficient. There were only 3 people in line. It took me 15 minutes just to get coffee. They are very polite and clean facility.
Peanut Butter and Chocolate! There is a Baskin Robbins way closer to me but they hardly ever have my favorite flavor. So I called this place, they said they had the flavor so I went. The service was very quick and the place is nice.
Very clean and quick. They have beautiful cakes and the breakfast sandwiches we bought were toasted perfectly! They also have a conference room you can rent. I'd say it's the nicest Dunkin in the area.
I can't say enough great things about the manager Natalie at this location. When I stop in for my morning coffee and see her face, I feel relieved knowing it was made correctly. She knows all of her repeat customers by name and will quickly correct anymistake in your order done by someone else. I've been coming here for a couple years now and can confidently say she is theirbest asset. If it weren't for her, I would not frequent this location. Thank you Natalie!! You're the real MVP!!
Update: 7/29/22 I know what you're thinking—why return if I had a bad experience? Well, I've been coming here since 2010, so I believe in giving second chances. Let me share my experience today. The manager refused to make my drink because they were out of ice cream, even though I wanted it without ice cream. I'm referring to the new tiger milk bubble tea. It’s a pre-made tea mix where they add brown sugar syrup and brown sugar bubbles, then ice, and top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. In my opinion, the brown sugar syrup is sweet enough on its own, so I prefer it without the ice cream. However, the manager insisted she couldn't make it without the ice cream, even though I explicitly said I didn't want it. It’s like going to a restaurant and asking for a dish without onions, only to be told they can't prepare it without onions; it just doesn't make sense. Customer service is lacking—only 3 out of all the employees genuinely seem to care. I always order the same coffee: a latte with two shots of espresso. It’s supposed to be less milky than a regular latte. When I asked the barista if my coffee had the extra shot because it looked too milky, she said yes. When I double-checked, she again affirmed it. Then another woman behind her snapped, "I don’t know what you want me to tell you." Excuse me? I want you to confirm that my order was made correctly! I come here for my coffee, not for a conversation with you. As a loyal customer for years, this is disappointing. They often burn food, the hash browns are usually dry, and now there are baristas with attitudes. To the owner, perhaps you should remind your staff about the importance of customer service.
