Broadway Bagels - Plantation

Everything about Broadway Bagels is fantastic! They even introduced me to my new favorite bagel: Apple Cinnamon Raisin. If you're looking for that "Cheers" atmosphere where everyone knows your name, Broadway Bagels has the perfect vibe. I ordered the corned beef hash with grits, and it was so delicious. This is definitely a go-to spot for a feel-good meal, and the food is excellent. Five stars from me!

Once again, I entered this establishment and felt completely unwelcome. I had ordered my bagel online, walked in, and noticed there wasn't a single customer in sight. Three staff members were seated, having a conversation. When the tattooed man made eye contact with me, I approached the counter, expecting to be helped. Unfortunately, no one attended to me. I waited and listened to their chatter for quite some time. Eventually, I had to walk around to them to ask for someone to hand me the bag sitting behind the counter. It's frustrating because the bagel itself is really good, but this will be my last time ordering from here due to the terrible customer service!

Absolutely terrible. Broadway Bagels, what happened to you? You used to be good and fresh. A salt bagel shouldn’t just taste like it's been dropped in salt—it's overwhelming with every bite. No more salt sticks? There's no need to be so rude about it. You know who you are at 7 a.m. It’s time to find a decent bagel shop again; it’s such a disappointment. How is my bagel so hard and tough just 30 minutes after I get home? I’m being generous in my feedback.

My wife and I love this place. We are frequent flyers. Best homemade style breakfast in South Florida. Pancakes are next level. Barry and staff always provide white glove service.Food: 5/5
