What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I usually come here feeling a bit picky about my order, but today was frustrating. The cashier didn't hear me when I mentioned I wanted a box along with my two soft tacos. I ended up going to the red-haired manager for help, but it seemed like the staff could have handled it better, especially since the store wasn't busy. The food here is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. On my last visit to the drive-thru, my order was carelessly thrown into the bag. They didn’t even bother to wrap the food properly; it was just placed on a piece of paper, folded once, and shoved into the bag. It looked like a bar fight had taken place inside it.
She cursed at me, accusing me of trying to cut in line. I explained that the app stated it was an in-store pickup and mentioned that our food had been ready for over twenty minutes. She continued to berate me, saying she had just finished preparing the order herself and was struggling to open the locked door. By the time I got home, my food was ruined, even though I paid over $30 for the meal. I’m shocked that someone with such poor customer service still has a job. I plan to contact corporate tomorrow to inquire about her name, as she refused to provide it, likely knowing she could be fired for her behavior. It’s disheartening to see how things have deteriorated recently. Please be cautious when visiting this Taco Bell; the staff can be very rude and treat customers poorly. To top it off, our order was missing items, making the entire experience a complete waste of over an hour spent arguing and waiting in line.
I received quick service, and the staff member was very polite. She ensured that I had everything I needed, including sauce, napkins, and utensils. The food was hot and well-presented, without any mess. Ari delivered outstanding customer service this evening.

I went there last night got some food the food was great the surf it was great the service on the other hand wasn't wasn't when the kid tells me my order is $7.40 and I gave him a $10 bill my change should have been $2.60 he gives me back $2.51 so I tellhim telling this isn't right you sure it me and one and he says oh let me talk to my manager because we don't have no changeisn't that not the manager's job to make sure there is change in the store or tell the employees to ask for the exact change Icouldn't gave him an exact change so they wanted to make a big deal out of it it's not a big deal But I'm wondered that peoplethat used to work in retail I do know how to count change Obviously they need to teach their employees how to do it
