They created the order appropriately as asked. I also ordered chips and cheese, they actually filled my chip bag rather than there only being a few chips. They could work on customer service and being more cheerful, nonetheless they got my order correct and in a timely manner. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Just run out because the manager wanted us to use the touchscreen pad. Had problems with it and got no help. This place is the worst in Hillsborough. You screwed my order twice. The answer was that we work new people. It's really funny that the manager watched her. Never! View all feedback.
The staff was extremely friendly courteous courtesy courtesy helpful and friendly and I would recommend that everyone goes to the Taco Bell on Baker Street Over The Taco Bell on James L Redman Pkwy
This restaurant is very clean very friendly staff and speedy service great prices and all around just a good place to eat fast food
This is the best Taco Bell location I?ve ever been to. They always get the order correct and the food quality is stellar!
I asked if they had the Chicken Gordita Supreme and the girl said yes. When I got to the window I clarified again. When I got my order it was something else. I told her I asked for the Gordita Supreme and she told me they don?t have any such thing. I askedfor my money back and they were annoyed I asked for my money back and the person at the register said I ordered the wrong thingand now want my money back. When I gave them my card back to refund me they actually charged me again and then refused to giveme a receipt because they don?t know how to tear a receipt off of the machine and jammed it up. I told them I needed it as proofI was getting my money back. They refused to get it until I had them call a manager. The manager was so rude and was yelling atme through the phone while I tried to explain the situation. They kept saying ?oh she doesn?t trust us that we are going to takeher money?.? I called my bank while sitting right there in the drive thru and my bank told them it was double charged and theystill refused to believe it and acted like I was being difficult. Finally the manager asked how I wanted the refund processedand I said I would like cash back since I don?t trust them not to double charge me again. She yelled into the phone that wasn?tan option so I asked her why did she tell me to pick then. It was a terrible experience. I did end up getting most of my moneyback. This has always been a good location but the one girl said they have new managers.
I ordered a mexican pizza (because they were back)when i took a bite out of it. Meat tasted expired and threw it away. After i couldnt get my appetite back for a week. I should of suued.
