Sonic Drive in - Plant City

This was our first visit to the Plant City Sonic. We decided to eat one of the picnic tables instead of in our car. Our food was delivered to us in a paper bag. I asked our server if there were ketchup packages in the bag. She said she believed it was there. I thanked her and she went away. When I opened the bag, there was not only no ketchup, but she had not given us any straws for our drinks. Fortunately, a little later, another server came by and could provide us with these things. Oh, our food was pretty delicious.

They are pretty fast and food is good as expected. The last few times, going through is not existent. I had to park on site and press the button for the service I immediately got and my food as 3 minutes later. But times are hard. I am satisfied with their prices and services as a whole.

Everything was good until my sister and I went to the ladies' room and the toilet was really Shakey and when it wouldn't rinse. I went out and flushed the waitress when she came out and asked us if we were to crash the toilet!!! We said no. Does the customer always have to pick up toilets after lunch????

Food is good. Service is horrible. Soooooooooo slow. Takes FOREVER to get anyone to take an order. Hire some more workers!!! Also, the burgers are always cold.

Failed to inform us that they didn't have half our food when they brought the other half of the order out. Forgot to bring the drinks and when they did they brought a cracked bottom on the milkshake that leaked out in our car. Kitchen was dirty when Iwalked in after the attended couldn't hear me on the intercom after the 6th time I asked for a cup. I blame the owner who failedto hire the right people and to train his managers and people correctly. Just hope we don't end up with food poisoning like theprevious reviewer did. WONT BE COMING BACK EVER!
