She had so much energy at frig... read more We went through late tonight, but wow. Barbie who took our order was the quickest and most efficient drive thru order taker ever. She had so much energy at friggin midnight! You could feel her smile through the intercom. Summer checked us out and gave us our food and everything else we asked for with a smile on her face. They ran this drive thru. Please give these employees a raise! It’s really hard to find good people like this these days!

We have eaten at several locations in Collin county and made the effort to drive across town to try new location. Especially when they had a buy one get one free burger. Very popular Sat PM inside and with drive-thru.

However, I did end up waiting about 10 minutes ou... read more I wanted to try the new Southern Chicken sandwich with bacon and coleslaw, and I have to say it was delicious! However, I did end up waiting about 10 minutes outside of Whataburger after ordering. They directed me to the front to wait, assuring me it would be worth it because the chicken was being cooked fresh. I expected it to come out piping hot, but unfortunately, it wasn't as hot as I had hoped. The coleslaw was mostly just chopped cabbage and lacked the flavor of a good sweet coleslaw. Despite this, the sandwich itself was really tasty, especially the spicy chicken.

The lettuce was brown, and the bun wa... read more When I got back home with the new burger, the meat was so cold that I could have used it to defrost something in the sink. The lettuce was brown, and the bun was burnt. It was an awful experience, and I would give zero stars if I could. Pro Tip: Maybe hire people who know how to make a proper burger!
