You have the best burger under the standard fast food competition. Service is good, but sometimes I feel like communicating a small robot system. Athmosphere, for some reason, the temperature of the A/C is an extreme cold in summer until the point that I decided to eat in my car instead. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Something needs to be adjusted with the drive-thru set up. When stacking 4 cars all waiting for their drive thru order, unecessary situations occur.The gentleman customer behind me, who was handed his food at the window became very aggressive, cursing, blowing his horn and threatening me if I didnt move my car.Either make each customer wait their turn or restructure your drive thru set up.Having customers being threa... UPDATE June 2022: WOW! Its been forever (Apr 2020) since we have been here. This was one of the first places that had a drive-thru open after start of virus crises. Now as the character Jules Winnfield says in movie 'Pulp Fiction '; Mmm-mmmm. That is a tasty burger. Vincent, ever have a Big Kahuna Burger? That sums the burgers here. Tough competition in Collin County for your burger appetite which accounts for why we haven 't been here sooner. Whataburgers always taste better when you have a generous discount for another burger as a loyalty club member which brought us in. Fast and prompt service. HINT: on hot summer Sunday if you come for lunch the best shade for car can be found next door at Taco Deli as they are closed on Sunday. Park fronting Coit Road. UPDATE Apr 2020 They coping well with the Collin county Covid19 virus restrictions. Only online orders and brought to car when ready or drive-thru. No more walking into lobby for take out. Crowded drive thru lane for Wed lunch to be expected.Love them TX burgers. We have been to this location many times. One of our three favorite burger places for us in Collin County. On this visit three different youth baseball teams came for lunch at same time. Busy place but staff seemed to handle it well. Staff quickly cleaned up when the teams left.
Even after coming here multiple times late at night around 3-4am, staff have been friendly and patient throughout the night shift and have fresh fries every time, the guy with the face tat was super friendly

Texas born and raised. I have loved Whataburger my whole life. Their service and food quality have gone to nothing. Last visit to this location. Rude workers, store manager not only was he rude and unprofessional. But he clearly doesn't know how to takecare of his uniform, dirty, like unwashed. My first job was with Whataburger. This location regardless of revenue should beshut down. Last order we got spoiled, rotted eggs served. But got attitude when reported and they refused to give me, my moneyback. This was reported to corporate. Nothing down. Revenue over morals.
This is our place for after parties? We love their patty melt! So delicious? Food: 5/5
