I don't really like to complain but I came in here today and for the third time I was waiting for my food that was never coming because evidently they're giving... read more I don't really like to complain but I came in here today and for the third time I was waiting for my food that was never coming because evidently they're giving it to the wrong people or thinking they've already given it and they're not. I asked Bill the manager there if they forgot about my food and he says I don't know I just came around the corner here. He's the one that took my order so you're not really paying attention to if your customers are getting their food or not and you're taking their order. So I tell him this is the third time in a row this has happened to me and he just says oh I'm sorry which I heard the other two times. Really ridiculous saying sorry for the same thing over and over again doesn't help. Then I ask if I could have a ranch and he says sure but next time need to put it on the order when I order. Never been charged for ranch but anyways you're going to try say something like that after you've had me waiting for my food over 20 minutes for the third time in a row. Smh

I've attached a... read more I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the chicken was completely inedible. Its texture was like fibrous plastic, and it arrived both burnt and cold. I've attached a photo of the sandwich. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest trying the Dairy Queen nearby instead.

As always, the food here was excellent. *Date: April 30, 2022* I spent $8, and everything was great again despite it being very busy. *Date: April 22, 2022* Another $8 visit, and the meal was delicious. *Date: April 9, 2022* I had a Patty Melt, medium drink, and medium fries for $4.63. You really can't go wrong with this combo; it's always fantastic!
