I've been a loyal customer for many years, but after my recent experience, I won't be going back. I ordered the Whatachick sandwich, and it was served ice cold with tough, chewy chicken that was nearly impossible to eat. I had to insist with management just to get a refund. Before the change in ownership, the food was always hot and fresh. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth it anymore. I won't be returning.

I've always thought of Whataburger as a place with high standards, but this particular location didn't live up to that reputation. Even though I was the second person in line at the drive-thru in the morning, we waited 20 minutes for our food. To make things worse, they forgot to include my biscuits and gravy, so I had to go inside to get them. Furthermore, my pancakes were so fragile that they fell apart easily, resembling a crumbled cake. Normally, Whataburger's pancakes are fantastic, so this was quite disappointing. I don't plan on returning to this location, as it seemed like the employees were inattentive and possibly not fully focused. Despite having 10 staff members working inside, the service was painfully slow.
