Whataburger - Plano
Whataburger
Description
Whataburger’s Coit and Mapleshade location leaves much to be desired, as a series of recent experiences reflect a decline in service and food quality. Customers report lengthy wait times, incorrect orders, and cold meals, all paired with inattentive staff that hinder the dining experience. Despite a reputation for great food, many lament that the once-reliable chain has strayed from their high standards following ownership changes. While the tasty offerings still get praise, the overall disarray at this specific restaurant may drive loyalty-seeking diners elsewhere, highlighting a crucial need for management to address these pressing concerns.

Try to order breakfast meal times at the drive thru, while beside the door the mowers and leaf blowers were upstairs volume. unnecessarily say in the window the order was not correct. the dame there has everything with a big smile and that was delish! thank you!
Ordered jalapeño burger and was extremely disappointed in the amount of jalapeños that were on it. I got 3 slices.Food: 3/5
Well, was going to get my regular burger or even try the new chili cheeseburger. unfortunately I tried the new chicken club. I will say the girl that took my order in Plano at coit rd were both helpful and friendly. the peppercorm ranch chicken club may have been okay but there was so much peppercorn ranch I honestly couldn't eat it. I took 2 bites and tasted terrible. chicken was hot, but threw it away. didn't like cheese they put on it either but mainly while thing was drowning in ranch. even glfast food cooks should know how to make a sandwich. fries were hot but just seemed different.Kid-friendliness: I do believe they Have kid mask optionsParking: lots of spots in and around restaurantWheelchair accessibility: I believe I saw spots near to restaurant
I love Whataburger, but the Coit and Mapleshade location is the worst I've visited in Texas. I ordered two...
This was my third visit to the Whataburger on Coit, and each time the sandwiches I ordered were served cold. I specifically asked for my sandwich to be hot and fresh, but it never was. In contrast, when I visited the Whataburger on K Avenue last December at 8 PM, all six of our sandwiches were hot, fresh, and delicious. If Whataburger focused on serving freshly made sandwiches, it would definitely attract more customers. It's also disappointing that the staff there seemed unfriendly and unmotivated. I'm sharing this feedback not to criticize, but to help improve the business. I came at 7 PM when there were hardly any customers, possibly due to the weather. Honestly, if Whataburger listens to this feedback about the menu and overall service, I believe the business will thrive.
