I will say the girl that took my order in Plano at coit rd were both helpful and friendly. the peppercorm ranch chicken club may have been okay but there was so much peppercorn ranch I honestly couldn't eat it. I took 2 bites and tasted terrible. chicken was hot, but threw it away. didn't like cheese they put on it either but mainly while thing was drowning in ranch. even glfast food cooks should know how to make a sandwich. fries were hot but just seemed different.Kid-friendliness: I do believe they Have kid mask optionsParking: lots of spots in and around restaurantWheelchair accessibility: I believe I saw spots near to restaurant

I've been a loyal customer for many years, but after my recent... read more I have to say that Whataburger's quality has significantly decreased since the ownership change. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but after my recent experience, I won't be going back. I ordered the Whatachick sandwich, and it was served ice cold with tough, chewy chicken that was nearly impossible to eat. I had to insist with management just to get a refund. Before the change in ownership, the food was always hot and fresh. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth it anymore. I won't be returning.

I've always thought of Whataburger as a place with high standards, but this particular location didn't live up to that reputation. Even though I was the second person in line at the drive-thru in the morning, we waited 20 minutes for our food. To make things worse, they forgot to include my biscuits and gravy, so I had to go inside to get them. Furthermore, my pancakes were so fragile that they fell apart easily, resembling a crumbled cake. Normally, Whataburger's pancakes are fantastic, so this was quite disappointing. I don't plan on returning to this location, as it seemed like the employees were inattentive and possibly not fully focused. Despite having 10 staff members working inside, the service was painfully slow.
