Description

A Plano discovery serving authentic, traditionally styled Chinese dishes in a relaxed, well‑decorated space. Standouts include Henan‑style pork belly and shrimp, Mapo tofu, spicy beef with Sichuan peppercorns and hand‑pulled noodles, while servers are welcoming and chefs often accommodate requests. Prices are fair and the vibe is chill. Expect bold, honest flavors — but note some inconsistency: a few fried rice, dumpling and orange chicken preparations have been criticized as underseasoned, so experiences can vary.

The Shrimp Henan Style is a delightful dish with succulent shrimp cooked in a flavorful Henan-style sauce. The hint of cumin powder in the fish filet adds a unique twist to the dish, elevating its taste. And don't even get me started on the pork belly Henan style – it's an absolute must-try! I ordered them togo for my brother, he said the this is tender pork belly, perfectly seasoned and cooked in the Henan style, is a flavor explosion you won't want to miss. Bon appétit! ???

I got the beef filet with hot pepper sauce and I love spicy food. This knocked it out of the park. I sweat profusely while eating it, had a nice numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns and overall I loved this. If you don't like spice beware.

This place looked promising but the service was very bad and the food very bland, no salt or flavor at all. There’s more flavor on a fortune cookie than this food, and that’s not an exaggeration. The combination fried rice looked like steamed rice mixed with can vegetables, the orange chicken looked like they mixed ketchup and water and poured it over some chicken nuggets from Walmart, last but not least the dumplings tasted like boiled pasta with no salt.

The vibe was nice and welcoming, no frills. Got a good atmosphere going on. Plus, the food? Full of flavor, no complaints. If you want a chill place with tasty eats, give it a shot.
