Why is the vanilla yogurt machine either broken or empty? This is my 4th time in a few months to have the machine not working? Has anyone considered switching the vanilla to a machine that works? Never a manager to speak with in the evening. I see this was an issue 11 months ago, and the owner wrote, The issues were due to a parts shortage. Try other flavors. The other flavors are not good!! Run two vanilla machines! Or find another vendor.Update. I 've returned 4 times since my last review. One of the visits, vanilla, was not available again. However, the following 3 visits, they did have vanilla. I am adding stars, but I do wish I could get a phone number to call in advance to see if you have vanilla before I drive over. I do believe it 's the best vanilla for miles.
