I joined the rewards program through the app, which allows me to earn points with every purchase I make. As a result, I can enjoy free items! The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always fantastic.
The customer service was awful. The staff were rude, and they made a mistake with my sandwich. To top it off, they didn't even bother to wrap it properly.
When I usually go there everything was great until I ordered off the app my order was cold and it was overly priced for a cold sandwich when I asked for it to be toasted and I asked for pickles and they gave me cucumber i done like cucumber and they gave me bell peppers that I did not ask for and they charged me $19.28 for a dandy that I DID NOT LIKE. I am disappointed in you subway
I've usually had great experiences at this restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered from the app, and my sandwich arrived cold, which was frustrating especially since I specifically requested it to be toasted. To make matters worse, instead of pickles, I received cucumbers, which I don’t like, and they added bell peppers that I didn’t ask for either. I ended up paying $19.28 for a sandwich that I really did not enjoy. I'm quite disappointed, Subway!
