What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Drinks are always great, but the short girl with long black hair is very rude. We went up and she got upset. Not even said hi or thank you. We said we thank you while you grabbed our drinks and she turned and went away. I'm not going back. Customer service is important. View all feedback. What Jessica Hudler likes about Starbucks:
The store is in a busy area, and was decent for a Starbucks. The drinks were delicious, and well made. I gave it 4 stars because the customer service was just okay... I suppose we came at a busy time, but weren't asked sizing of our drinks, nor if we needed anything else. Kind of just a middle-of-the-road Starbucks if you need a quick cup of coffee and in a rush and don't really need all the extra. View all feedback.
