From the moment we walked in I knew it was not a good idea to stay. The AC wasn’t working. The place seem outdated the ceiling looked brown ish, I’m assuming from the smoke. The service was good. The food expensive and salty. The worst part of all having dinner at a hibachi place with a hot surface in front of you and no Air Conditioning.. we couldn’t enjoy the food as we were sweating the temperature on a thermostat... Waiting 20min beyond reservation time. Service was terrible. Food was good though.
Everything was over cooked. The chef got half of the orders wrong even after correctly repeating them back. This place was really just kind of a disaster.
Great group dinning! The squid was the most tender and freshest ever!!
Overall ok experience The temperature of the restaurant was kept way too cold most of us kept our coats on. The portion sizes seemed unusually small for a Hibachi meal compared to all other experiences. We were seated right next to the kitchen door so that was distracting from a great experience. The cook was very entertaining and personable and the flavor of the food was pretty good. Probably wouldn’t be my guest choice to return in the future.
We were seated promptly and our drink orders taken. There was a large table, maybe kids soccer team party, next to us but fortunately they were finishing up. Our drinks from the bar took about 15 minutes, but I’m not complaining. It was obvious that they were short staffed, like every other business. Everyone was always busy taking care of their guests as promptly as possible. Our chef, Mario, was excellent. He was interactive the food was delicious!
